So, we should really try to pull all this shit together a bit more.

When should we send them actual stuff to do? We can send them a finalized list of 5 nominees or something and have them make a video with each winning possibility, or wait till voting is done and have it done then. First one gives them more work, which I doubt they'd like, but second would mean more time before voting and screening. We should also give them a good lead in and exit. Other than that, I'm sure whatever they come up with will be good.

I'd say wait until voting is done, so they have less work to do.

I talked to them again, asking how they feel about the prevote/postvote thing, telling them they can have more than 2 minutes as long as it's worth it, since that was just a loose figure anyway, and also asked them if they wanted to nominate anyone.

I told them it's probably best if we keep video game related people and devs like notch/edmund mcmillan/blue/john blow and said I'd get back to them when we start voting.

THE 2 MINUTES IS A BLANKET RULE FOR A REASON. The idea is that everyone is given an equal voice, internet celebrity or random anon.

Why are you trying to make decisions based on what YOU want instead of asking people? We can't exactly ask them to go back on it now, but DON'T do that shit again. I'd rather all the emails went through the vidyagaems email address anyway, not in a nazi way but in a "keeping everything centralised" way.
